pain pain please go away

Urgh first day of period. I hate it terribly much !! Pain pain pain.I've been in this pain since my first period in 2003.Sigh! Maybe this is the main reason why guy can't stand of their gf's behaviour every time it comes to period.How to do lor..Nasib badan.
